We undertook project management services covering the planning, design, implementation and relocation phases of Ferrero’s relocation to a private building in Fulya. At the end of the project Ferrero moved to their own building that consists of a cafeteria, meeting and office areas.

Project Brief

Ferrero has been occupying multiple floors of a business tower and has decided to relocate their office at a stand-alone building in Balmumcu. The building leased was brand new, Shell & Core delivery with common areas completed. The total size of the project is 4000 sqm. All business units have occupied typical floors and break-out areas have been distributed to the top and low levels of the building to minimize vertical traffic. The cafeteria serves food all day and is as a good example of a work cafe for meetings and collaboration.

The split of departments to multiple floors in an effective way supporting the business activities required many items to be addressed both in planning and design phases. All floors have support facilities such as kitchenette, cloakroom, lockers, and WCs. The main reception located on the ground floor directed all visitors to one floor below which is a meeting room floor with different size and concept rooms. The building was also occupied by Ferrero and facility management planning was also a part of the project studies including security systems.

Ferrero moved to their new office on time and on budget. Employees enjoyed ergonomic furniture arrangements with monitor arms and break-out areas at different levels. The main cafeteria on the top floor with a terrace area provided attractive Bosphorus view. Employees started to host their visitors in high technology meeting rooms and Ferrero has the infrastructure to comply with their global standards which were a challenge in the past.
